Job Functions
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve customer service issues and complaints
- Provide timely responses to customer communications via email or other messaging platforms
- Ensure meticulous documentation within customer accounts
- Handle the processing of orders, forms, and applications
- Strategically upsell products and services when suitable
- Exhibit capability in managing and deescalating complex customer interactions
- Commit to continuous learning through product and service update training
