This position involves creating relevant design solutions for a broad range of market sectors, collaborating on projects from concept and research through implementation. Responsibilities
- Research, documentation and design of projects within parameters set by others
- Develop relevant and innovative design solutions that meet and exceed clients’ needs
- Responsible for assisting others with functional requirements, providing programming and space planning, and materials specifications
- Responsible for Revit documentation for all interior design related project items
- Understand and implement all codes (municipal, state, UBC and ADA) and actively keep updated on changes
- Responsible for coordination of internal disciplines and external consultants as required to complete projects successfully
- Prepare and participate in presentations to client, including those related to the marketing process
Desired Skills and Experience
The estimated annual compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $65,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including experience level, skills, and qualifications.
