Research, documentation and design of projects within parameters set by othersDevelop relevant and innovative design solutions that meet and exceed clients’ needsResponsible for assisting others with functional requirements, providing programming and space planning, and materials specificationsResponsible for Revit documentation for all interior design related project itemsUnderstand and implement all codes (municipal, state, UBC and ADA) and actively keep updated on changesResponsible for coordination of internal disciplines and external consultants as required to complete projects successfullyPrepare and participate in presentations to client, including those related to the marketing processDesired Skills and Experience
3-8 years relevant experience in an architecture or interior design firm requiredPursuing NCIDQ certification and / or professional registrationRevit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop experience requiredThe estimated annual compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $65,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including experience level, skills, and qualifications.What We Offer
