Develop update and manage website content in adherence to standard templates making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.
Sort upload and maintain written content according to scheduled deadlines.
Upload marketing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) following best practices for content management systems.
Generate monthly summaries and reports on content uploads providing administrative support through record maintenance and custom report creation for datadriven insights.
Manage and support day to day activities on loyalty programs set up and operations
Works effectively and independently with the clients and the third parties on the daily operations and execution of marketing campaigns
Ongoing relationship management with partners clients and internal teams
Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior
You might fit for the role if you have......
Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 1 year working experience
Background in the field of client focus position or experience in agency account servicing will be an added advantage
Basic HTML or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge for content formatting is preferred
Detailminded proactive cando attitude and excellent in analytic and problemsolving skills
Good time management project management and negotiation skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates are also welcome
