What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Coordinator for Ferman Countryside Ford position at Collision, Service and Parts Employment Opportunities?
We are in search of a Rental Coordinator for Ferman Countryside Ford in Clearwater, FL. Automotive parts and accessories knowledge is a huge plus. Desired candidates must be positive and have a can-do attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Qualify each Guest using our rental requirement guidelines.
- Offer optional products to meet Guest wants and needs.
- Prepare all outbound rentals and return documents accurately and completely, close rental contracts.
- Provide Guests assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
- Review rental parameters with all Guests to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
- Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
- Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
- Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
- Answer the phones to assist Guests in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
- Assist Guests by effectively resolving all Guest service issues.
- Assist and coordinate Guests within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
- Process purchase orders for vendors.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Strong work ethic, Strong communication/interpersonal skills, Solid phone and computer skills, Excellent follow up skills.
