Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
The primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, entering orders into QuickBooks, collecting payments for sales, collecting payments for past due accounts. While ensuring a high level of customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including incoming calls, and out bound calls, and follow up to emails.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and receiving payments for accounts.
- High attention to detail with creating customer profiles, entering order data into our systems while maintaining confidentiality.
- Problem solve customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude with clear and effective communication with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure top customer service for delivery of product.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and with team members, while managing challenging situations or complaints.
Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience with QuickBooks, Customer Service, retail or call center is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with positive, clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer concern, effectively and efficiently help customers resolve concerns.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members in all areas of the business in a positive manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer knowledge and skills are a must, QuickBooks invoicing is preferred, Comfortable with various software systems i.e., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other computer systems. A multi-line phone system is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately input customer information to create file, create orders for customers, resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently and effectively able to multitask under pressure
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases, not required.
