Title: Divisional Performance Improvement Manager
SUMMARY:
The Divisional Performance Improvement Manager is a pivotal role focused on driving operational excellence and improving performance at underperforming locations within the CollisionRight organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to evaluate, plan, and execute improvement initiatives while integrating new locations into the company’s operational framework. The Divisional Performance Improvement Manager will report to the Divisional Vice President and must live within division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of staff and develop actionable staffing plans.
Identify and address key performance issues, including:
Sales and mix discrepancies.
Margin inefficiencies.
Opportunities within SG&A (Selling, General, and administrative expenses).
Develop strategic improvement plans and hold teams accountable for successful implementation.
Partner with underperforming shops on sales growth, elimination of financial losses, and increasing EBITDA to exceed 10%.
Provide focused, hands-on support to a handful of underperforming shops.
Travel up to 75% of the time to various locations within the division to provide direct support and oversight
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance issues and create actionable solutions.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable for results.
Experience in multi-location operations, preferably within the collision repair or automotive services industry.
General Manager or Production experience is required.
Estimating experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel extensively within the division.
