The primary responsibility of a Parts Specialist is to inventory, monitor, verify and distribute parts accurately. This position also helps to ensure the efficiency and productivity of CollisionRight’s services by ordering and receiving parts as needed in a timely manner.

The primary responsibility of a Parts Specialist is to inventory, monitor, verify and distribute parts accurately. This position also helps to ensure the efficiency and productivity of CollisionRight’s services by ordering and receiving parts as needed in a timely manner.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Accurately maintains inventory control of all parts in the system
- Orders parts as needed to make sure arrives in timely manner
- Inspect all parts for any damage when delivered to the shop
- Immediately return incorrect parts to vendor and acquire the correct parts as soon as possible
- Ensures all tools and equipment are operating correctly
- Answer any questions for customers regarding their vehicle
- Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and continuously follow-up with other departments on what products are needed
- Establish relationships with CollisionRight’s vendors and regularly communicate on status and delivery of parts
- High School diploma equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1 of experience in Part Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Efficient in Microsoft and Excel is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal cost reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand written instructions, work orders, and estimates
- Work effectively as a member and leader of a team
