What You’ll Do As a Production Manager
- Supervise and direct all production staff, ensuring repairs are completed correctly and on time
- Assign work to technicians based on skill level and maintain production efficiency
- Hold daily meetings with technicians to review schedules, priorities, and accountability plans
- Oversee quality control and inspect repairs before vehicle delivery
- Maintain repair status in CCC1 and ensure accurate documentation
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians to create a high-performing team
- Identify and resolve production delays or quality concerns immediately
- 5 years of auto body collision repair experience
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced collision repair shop
- I-CAR certification & ASE training (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of repair operations, estimating software, and CCC1
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
