With manufacturing facilities in both Colville, WA and Paxton, IL the company is well positioned for continued growth. Position will be located in Colville, WA and will support operations for two manufacturing facilities. This position is full-time, non-exempt, $48,000 to $60,000 annually. Compensation includes medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution, life insurance, employee assistance program, and training opportunities. Regular shifts are Monday – Friday with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Track sales data and prepare reports on performance, market trends, and forecasts.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, meetings, and promotional events.
- Travel as required, approx. 3-4 weeks per year for trade shows and customer visits.
- Manage promotional materials inventory, including design coordination and order fulfillment.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Conduct market research to evaluate competitors, pricing, and advertising strategies.
- Support the sales team with data analysis, account insights, and new product information.
- Monitor marketing budgets and analyze performance against plans.
- Prepare and distribute press releases; manage public relations and media relationships.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and participate in training opportunities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing processes and strategies.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- College degree or 2-5 years’ experience in related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and execution.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Nutshell, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with design and publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Umbraco) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data, identifying trends, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content for various audiences and mediums, including press releases, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and adapt marketing strategies.
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.
