Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated football coach to lead our middle school football team for the upcoming season. The position is seasonal and located at Coloma Junior High School.

MIDDLE SCHOOL HEAD FOOTBALL COACH
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated football coach to lead our middle school football team for the upcoming season. The position is seasonal and located at Coloma Junior High School.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective practice plans to improve player skills and team performance
- Teach and enforce proper techniques and safety protocols
- Plan and execute game strategies to maximize team success
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
- Supervise assistant coaches and delegate responsibilities as needed
- Work with high school coaching staff to implement a vertically aligned program philosophy including offensive and defensive philosophies
- Provide support to high school staff of Friday nights filming and/or recording statistics
- Ensure compliance with all school and district policies and regulations
- Previous coaching experience at the middle or high school level preferred
- Knowledge of football rules and strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Commitment to promoting a positive team culture that emphasizes character development and academic success
- Availability to attend all practices and games during the season
- Completion of required training and background checks.
