Summary
The Varsity Assistant Football Coach at Coloma High School will assist the head coach in planning, organizing, and implementing the football program. This is a seasonal position that requires a commitment to the team during the football season.
Responsibilities

VARSITY ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH (Two Openings)
Summary
The Varsity Assistant Football Coach at Coloma High School will assist the head coach in planning, organizing, and implementing the football program. This is a seasonal position that requires a commitment to the team during the football season.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in developing and implementing game strategies and practice plans
- Work with individual players to improve their skills and technique
- Attend all practices, games, and team events as required
- Help maintain a positive team culture and promote good sportsmanship
- Assist in the management of equipment and facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic director
- 2 years of coaching experience preferred
- Quarterback coaching experience
- Speed, strength & conditioning background
- Assistants will work within the existing program philosophies & collaborate to improve those philosophies
- Knowledge of football rules and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate with players, coaches, and parents
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
- Must be able to attend all practices, games, and team events as required
