VARSITY WRESTLING COACH
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Varsity Wrestling Coach to join our team at Coloma High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our wrestling team and ensuring that all team members are trained to their full potential. This is a seasonal position.
Responsibilities

VARSITY WRESTLING COACH

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the wrestling team
- Teach and coach wrestling techniques and strategies to team members
- Organize and manage team practices and competitions
- Monitor team members' academic progress and ensure that they maintain eligibility to participate in competitions
- Encourage and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and school administrators
- Ensure that all team members comply with school and athletic department policies and procedures
- Involvement in Coloma Youth Wrestling Club
- Maintain accurate records of team members' performance and progress
- 2 years of coaching experience in wrestling at the high school level or higher level
- Strong knowledge of wrestling techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
