Colonial Auto Group is seeking a full time Marketing Manager. representing Colonial Mazda, Mitsubishi,

GMC, Cadillac, and Colonial Toyota, Indiana PA

Responsibilities include 

 Website management for 6 websites

 Manage Digital marketing and vendor relations including Digital Agencies, website chat companies,

third party vendors, SEO teams and more, including monthly evaluations to ensure optimal

performance.

 Strategize with management to manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.

 Google ads, monitor Google Ad accounts for Agency accountability.

 GA4, monitoring and reporting of traffic and events for each website

 Social media, manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple channels

 CRM Management including email marketing, lead management

 Inventory Management, distribution of inventory feeds, photos, merchandising to multiple vendors

 OEM compliance...Ensuring all websites and marketing channels are compliant with Manufacturer

compliance guidelines.

 Co-op, Submit coop monthly for manufacturers and report on fund status.

 Create banners for GPB, website and social media

 Reputation Management, monitor online reviews for all business properties

 Additional duties and special projects

Requirements

 Education in Marketing or Related field

 Experience with Website Management

 Experience in Digital Marketing, (Automotive Marketing a plus)

 Experience with Traditional Media marketing.

 Experience with Social Media Marketing

 Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) Google Ads

 Strong Organizational & communication skills

 Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel, and Photoshop plus Google Docs.

 Self-motivated, Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.

 CRM/Vin Solutions experience a plus
