Colonial Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Administrator to provide coordination, oversight, and direction for all Adult Outpatient (AOP) Individual and Group Counseling Services, SUD Case Management, and AOP Peer Recovery Services.
- Oversees the monitoring of Adult Outpatient Services staff performance with regard to compliance with agency policies and procedures, regulation, and individual performance expectations.
- Supervision, review and monitoring of clinician performance with regard to compliance with agency policies and procedures, regulation, and individual performance expectations.
- Responsibilities include supervision of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and coordination of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Service.
- Manages grants received by the AOP Department.
- Assists the Director of Behavioral Health in developing and maintaining the departmental budget.
- Clinical knowledge related to the assessment and treatment of those with mental health, substance use disorders and co-occurring MH/SA disorders.
- Working knowledge and ability to conduct supervision and meetings .
- Knowledge of and ability to manage program compliance with state and federal policies, regulations and laws pertaining to behavioral healthcare services, including, but not limited to licensing, community services, privacy, and human rights.
- Ability to maintain an objective, professional and calm relationship with individuals and groups in a stressful situation
- At least 3 years of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health and substance use disorder counseling required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Master’s Degree in a human services field required.
- Must hold a valid license from the Board of Counseling or Board of Social Work ( LPC, LCSW, LCP, LMFT, or LSATP ) required
