Colonial Country Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to support our fine dining service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and refined dining experience for our members and guests. The Busser will assist servers, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, and uphold the high standards of service expected in a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables with precision to uphold fine dining standards.
- Assist servers by delivering food, replenishing beverages, and anticipating guest needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and floor spaces.
- Ensure guests have proper table settings, utensils, and amenities.
- Support the kitchen and service teams by expediting food, refilling supplies, and handling guest requests professionally.
- Provide discreet, attentive service while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a pristine dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry trays or bus tubs up to 30 lbs., and perform tasks requiring repetitive motions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work Schedule:
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 3:30PM - 10PM
Background check and drug screen required.
