Job Role
The Racing and Gaming Operations Manager will oversee the execution of business booked by the Ticket & Sales Representative, including managing relationships with clients and vendors, creating detailed BEOs, and ensuring accurate execution of guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked by the Ticket & Sales Representative.
- Coordinates BEO execution and events with the representatives of the food service provider.
- Negotiates and drafts contracts and correspondence to ensure maximum revenue potential.
Requirements
- Five years of progressive experience in racing and gaming operations, preferably in hospitality or sports environments.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
