Why we need you:
The Beylouni Family started its roots over 30 years ago in Danbury CT and now has 13 award winning stores in CT, NY, NH and Maine. Our most recent acquisition is a 50,000 sq ft auto group sitting on 12 acres in New London, CT. We believe this facility, run properly, produces 150-200 happy sales clients a month. We are set to break ground on a brand new 12,000 SQ FT Hyundai showroom this summer.
Who you are:

Your daily tasks will include but may not limited to: Lead a showroom of 15-18 salespeople, BDC and support staff. Developing best practices to offer a truly exceptional sales process. Knowledge of finance compliance and Darwin preferred. Also, experience with CDK, vAuto & VinSolutions preferred but not mandatory. You are a strong front-end manager who people want to work for. You help guide our clients thru a frictionless sales experience. 5 plus years in an automotive managerial position selling 100-200 vehicles a month will be required.
