Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance policies and recommend suitable options.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community outreach, to generate new business.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities for effective sales administration.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- A desire to build a business for yourself and not have the mentality of wanting a job.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information.
- Ability to learn how to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Previous experience in retail sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Develop strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
