Job Description:
· Lead a sales team to focus on promoting Colonial Life's range of benefits to new and existing customers.
· Build effective partnerships with other organizational units to maximize best practices to achieve operational success.
· Maintain an updated client and prospect database with sales tools.
· Oversee customer accounts
· Travel in the Tri-Sate Area to customer as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
· Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Organizational and multitasking abilities
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
· Experience leading a team
· Experience in the insurance industry with Health and Life certifications
· MUST be a licensed health and life agent
· MUST have reliable transportation
Strongly Preferred:
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
· Experience in the insurance industry with Health and Life certifications
