As an Insurance Sales Agent and Territory Manager with Colonial Life, you will have the power to build your own business and make a real difference in your community. As an Independent Insurance Sales Agent, you will:
- Build and manage your own book of business by developing relationships within the North Florida community.
- Present and explain Colonial Life’s voluntary benefits solutions to business owners and HR professionals.
- Guide employers and employees in selecting the best benefit options to meet their needs.
- Utilize a proven sales system and receive ongoing support from experienced leaders.
- Have the opportunity to recruit and develop your own team of representatives.

Schedule:
- Flexible – You control your work hours.
- No mandatory weekends.
- Typical business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but you set your own schedule.
