Seeking a professional business to business Training Manager to grow our team in the Jefferson county area. The city of Lakewood and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a 20% growth for the last 3 years, and have produced 10 10k90 hits and 3 20k90 hit in the last quarter alone. We're wanting more great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely as a 1099 with the Agency team to drive sales and assist in training new talent.
