In addition, you will receive training to be successful and effective in uncovering the needs of our clients to provide tailored benefit solutions. - Generate marketing opportunities and launch new sales initiatives and programs
- Maintain database of current and prospective customers
- Direct one-on-one communication with clients
- Consultative process to discover and provide customer solutions
- Creatively prospect for potential opportunities
- Work in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a self-motivated & competitive environment
- Experience generating leads and following a business process
