We’re looking for a motivated leader with sales experience to join us as an Area District Manager (ADM). This is a growth-focused role for a strong recruiter, trainer, and mentor who can build a winning team and drive sales success.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct joint fieldwork and support Area Sales Representatives (ASRs) in closing sales.
- Build and manage client relationships with businesses and individuals.
- Ensure new enrollments are processed smoothly.
- Drive sales performance and meet district growth goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in sales and leadership (insurance preferred, but not required).
- A natural mentor and motivator with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to hit sales goals and manage a team.
- Self-driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
