Job Description:
- Main point of contact for all customer complaints
- Develop, implement, train and maintain compliance programs and policies for CMG
- Collaborate with various departments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and manage all inbound/outbound customer calls to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Recognize non compliant red flags and escalate for immediate follow-up and correction
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, staying informed of updates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance related inquiries and issues with
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training sessions, audits, and incident reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the precious metals space
- Strong communication skills and ability to be concise in all communications
- Diligent follow-up skills for effective resolution to all tasks
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
