**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Opening the Restaurant:** Prepare the restaurant for opening, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests.
- **Serving Guests:** Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guest needs promptly and courteously.
- **Daily Tasks:** Assist with various daily tasks including setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for guests.
- **Cash Handling:** Manage transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all cash and card payments are processed correctly.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work mornings and weekends as required.
- Valid liquor license or able to obtain one.
