As a teds Snack Bar team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring a positive park experience. Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the snack bar area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist with food handling, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of perishable items
- Provide assistance to customers by answering questions, offering suggestions, and upselling additional items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
