- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in hospital settings, particularly in pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Engage in clinical research to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social work.
- Advocate for clients with developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate community resources and home care services.
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and service providers to enhance overall care coordination.

Qualifications
- A degree in Social Work or a related field is required; licensure may be preferred or required based on state regulations.
