ERP Specialist

Position Description:

• ERP Platform – AIM Vision
• Installing, maintaining, planning (ERP) solutions.
• Integrating technologies with existing ERP platform.
• Configuring and customizing ERP system.
• Collaborating with various departments to identify system requirements and improvements.
• Documenting ERP processes, system changes, and updates.
• Identifying the company’s business needs and developing customized ERP solutions to meet those needs
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining ERP software and systems to ensure seamless operations
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application-related issues
• Training staff to use ERP systems effectively
• Documenting ERP processes, user manuals, and other related information for future reference
• Ensuring ERP system complies with industry standards
• Regularly reviewing and updating ERP systems for improvements and upgrades.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements
• Customize software to fulfill company requirements
• Identify system problems and troubleshoot solutions
• Update system, applications, and functionalities as needed
• Conduct regular system audits and testing to ensure optimal functionality

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ERP Platform(s) – AIM Vision / Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with system installation and troubleshooting would be a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
