What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Specialist position at StaffBright?

The ideal candidate will have experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert in their organization's ERP system, along with formal education in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Database, or other relevant coursework. This will be a very autonomous role, allowing for an experienced professional to work collaboratively throughout the entire facility.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the North American Subject Matter Expert within the ERP
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments, serving as the ERP Lead for all initiatives and projects
- Educate and train users on any new and / or relevant features and modules within the ERP
- Manage data integrity of ERP system, including regular audit processes to maintain efficiency
- Develop business solutions, optimizing ERP modules within manufacturing and support functions
