Shelby Township Assembly Facility with over 40 years in business is seeking to fill a full-time position for Junior Engineer/Junior Program Manager.
Plastic Injection Mold Experience in a Production manufacturing environment required.
Must have Quality Experience: ISO/TS 16949
Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide new project updates.
Self-starter must be able to work with little direction and with a high level of self-motivation.
Demonstrate superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
Knowledge of Customer Portals (GM, FCA, and Ford) and how to navigate them
Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
