Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
- Address employee concerns, disputes, and conflicts while maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Plan and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
- Manage employee compensation, benefits programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Implement performance management systems and provide guidance to managers on setting and achieving performance goals.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing events and initiative that engage and motivate employees.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, improve HR processes, and make informed decisions.
- Payroll functions such as processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Proven experience in human resources with at least 3 years of experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
