Technical Recruiters
Base of $50K , Uncapped Commission
Annual OTE of $80-$150K
- BS/BA Degree
- 12 months of agency recruiting and/or relevant B2B sales experience
- Willing to work onsite in Mansfield, MA, or Shelton, CT
- Competitive and coachable
- Experience with recruiting tools and software is a bonus (i.e. LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Navigator, Applicant Tracking Systems, Resume Databases, Job Boards, Boolean Search Structure
Recruiting Associates (Resume Sourcers)
This role is intended to progress quickly into a Technical Recruitment role.
Base of $40K , Uncapped Bonus/Commission structure
Annual OTE of $60-$80K
- BA/BS Degree
- Recent Grad or Early-Career (0-2 years of experience)
- Willing to work onsite in Mansfield, MA, or Shelton, CT
- Competitive and coachable
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
