Your daily tasks will include but may not limited to: Lead a showroom of 10 salespeople, BDC and support staff. Developing best practices to offer a truly exceptional sales process. You are a strong front end manager who people want to work for. You help guide our clients thru a frictionless sales experience. 2 plus years in an automotive managerial position selling 60 vehicles a month required.
