This role involves education of potential customers on ERISA Fidelity products and services, helping them navigate their options. Additionally, you will proactively follow up on leads and in-progress applications to drive sales conversions. Maintaining accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administration. Prior experience working in a CRM system is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills – comfortable with a high-volume phone role. Driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales-oriented environment. A BA Degree in Business or related field is required.
