Responsibilities
- Assist in performing general maintenance and repair tasks for buildings and grounds.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
- Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and addressing other maintenance issues.
- Support the team in routine cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of building maintenance systems and repairs.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
