What you will do:
This position will provide administrative assistance to Service Teams by handling these key tasks:
- Respond to customers’ telephone inquiries and direct calls
- Distribute (scan, print, sort) incoming and outgoing mail
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining a shared email inbox, prioritizing and responding to messages efficiently.
- Order and maintain employee uniforms, jackets, T-Shirts, etc.
- Serve as back up for Service Coordinators in the event of their absence (Technicians time entry, drop service calls, etc.)
- Manage and Maintain EZPass accounts (set up, updates, troubleshooting issues, etc.)
- Assist with annual inventory project; support Service Manager and Technicians as needed
What we are looking for:
- Possess current or previous experience in the Construction or Building Service industry providing administrative support (preferred, but not required)
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and PDF editing software
- Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
