Description
The Director of Sales Operations directly reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The position supports the CCO and regional business sales leadership in building, monitoring, and managing business-wide sales operations processes, tools, and data. In addition, the role leads planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving profitable sales growth and consistency across the Colony Hardware platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely with the CCO and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) for regional businesses, the Director of Sales Operations focuses on :
- Building, managing, and monitoring robust Sales Operations processes
Leading the Annual Sales Budgeting process
Collection of accurate sales data (e.g., sales rep productivity, performance against budget and plan, etc.)
Building the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Hunter program
