**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our team. The HVAC Journeyman will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings.
**Qualifications:**
- - Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training
- - Current State of Iowa HVAC Journeyperson license
- - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- - Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems and components
- Perform regular maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Comply with all safety regulations and building codes
- Inspect HVAC systems for compliance with local and national regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout projects
- Install and repair duct work, new furnace, and air conditioning systems along with related appliances and fixtures.
