In this role, you will beresponsible for preparing monthly operational and performance reports for use across the organization. You will also play a key role in identifying issues with customer sales data, making recommendations to resolve discrepancies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute on the recommendations.
To be qualified for this role, you must be able to synthesize large volumes of information and translate it into an easy-to-understand format, possess stakeholder and project management skills, flexibility, and natural curiosity to understand how to continuously drive value through optimized reporting and streamlined processes.

Major Areas of Accountability:
|
- Develop and execute standard and ad-hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and North America Leadership teams around product, customer and general business performance
- Execute on quarterly and monthly KPI performance reporting for North America and corporate leadership
- Provide insights on data issues through ad-hoc analyses and recommendations for process improvements
- Partner with global and local IT teams to develop and test reports, tools, and system enhancements
- Provide support and guidance with data processing to develop sustainable processes and data governance
- Lead efforts to educate the sales team on internal processes to build confidence in reported data
- Provide analytical support in ad-hoc and projects
- Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or data science required, MBA preferred
- Demonstrated strong proficiency and accuracy in data analysis
- Experience working with advanced analytics
- Proven track record with consistent high performance in data analysis and financial/sales presentations
- Experience with Power Query and PowerBI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform products (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, investigative and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
