Job Overview
As a .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing a new system for Color Me Mine. You will work closely with our lead architect, project manager, designers, and other developers to create a robust and scalable solution that meets the needs of our franchisees and customers. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position located in the Middle Tennessee area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on modern .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET Core).
- Proficiency in C# and familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
