Product Knowledge:
- Become an expert on our pottery offerings, paint options, and studio processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our studio tools and resources.
Order Processing:
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Manage transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Issue Resolution:
- Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner, seeking solutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve more complex concerns.
Event Support:
