Associate Director of Admission and Financial Access

Description

The Associate Director of Admission and Financial Access plays a vital role on the Admission Team and is responsible for collaborating with, and assisting, Colorado Academy’s divisional Admission Directors to enhance yield outcomes for compelling applicants, and to implement strategies that cultivate prospective students and families who align with identified enrollment goals and programmatic needs. The Associate Director also supports the team with on-campus admission events and represents the school at external recruitment opportunities.

The Associate Director reports to the Director of Admission and Financial Access and approaches enrollment management with a Pre-K-12 lens. Key to this role is the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders such as the arts and athletics departments, and directors of special programs, as well as community partners and organizations for the purposes of both recruiting and yielding mission-aligned applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in admission, recruitment, education, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with students, families, and faculty across different backgrounds.
• Event planning and project management experience are a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Denver metro area for recruitment events.
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for engaging with students and families in an authentic, personalized way.
• Experience and proficiency with legacy and emerging technology such as Microsoft Excel, Google suite, CRM systems (i.e., Blackbaud, Finalsite, Clarity, Ravenna, etc.).
• Discreet and understands the need for confidentiality with school, employee, and student information.

The pay range for this position is $83,000 - $90,000 . Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any discrepancies that may exist do not relate to sex.
