Colorado Academy Summer Programs offers an eight-week day camp program. This is a seasonal position from approximately late-May to early August. The position is a non-exempt position as defined by the Department of Labor.
Position Purpose: Performs administrative duties for the summer programs at Colorado Academy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to parents for continuing registrations and changes to schedules
- Keeps transportation department informed on a daily basis of ridership changes, stop changes, etc.
- Responsible for tracking campers who arrive late and who are picked up early
- Computes and mails bills to parents
- Maintains file of waivers for off-campus programs
- Processes cash receipts and forwards payments to the business office
- Delivers messages to campers
- Fields all incoming calls and delivers a high quality of customer service
- Bills families for camp enrollment and follows up with parents to collect outstanding tuition balances

The pay for this position is $20-22/hr. Although this is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any wage differential that may exist for the position does not relate to sex, gender or gender identity, but relates solely to a seniority system, a merit system, or relevant education, training and/or experience. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility for all benefit programs is defined by the applicable plan document.
