Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Hold and facilitate weekly OAC meeting with owners.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Raken, Microsoft Project for project tracking and reporting.
- Develop/review detailed project plans, including schematics and schedules, to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including familiarity with Civil 3D software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of schematics, contracts, and overall project management processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.

Pay: $80,476.00 - $120,000.00 per year
