Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Associate to join our team! This position is primarily responsible for greeting patients, check-in/check-out procedures, making patient follow-up appointments and the maintaining of patient demographic and insurance information as well as the handling of patient payments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greets all patients.
- Set standard for first direct impression and level of service provided by CENT&A.
- Check patients in according to departmental protocol.
- Update demographic and insurance information.
- Schedules follow-up appointments for patients and in-office testing as requested by all departments.
- Responsible for handing out and providing explanation of Prep sheets for various special testing's available in office.
- Checks-out patients and posts charges and payments to patient account.
- Handles patients' inquiries on all forms, balance inquires and assists patients with electronic and /or paper documents when needed.
- Balances cash drawer at the end of each day and notifies front desk supervisor of any discrepancies. Reconciles cash drawer daily by printing reports as directed by supervisor.
- Complies with all regulatory requirements such as OSHA, HIPAA, Compliance and other requirements that may be mandated.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in medical office preferred.
- Experience with multi-line telephone operating system preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to commit to established work schedule and being punctual.
- Strong professional, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and dependable.
Work Environment

Pay Range: $17.50-23.00
Location: Rotating position between three locations: 3030 N. Circle Drive, Ste. 300; 6031 E. Woodmen Road, Ste. 300; 3595 E. Spaulding Avenue, Ste. B Pueblo CO
