The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, personable Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients to the clinic with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized front office area.
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries, providing patients with the information they need while maintaining confidentiality.
- Process payments and understand the basics of cash handling and billing.
- Utilize various software systems for scheduling, billing, and patient management.

Qualifications:
