Shift Leader/Manager
The shift leader supports the General Manager in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high performing work teams which consist of shift managers and team members. This position reports to the General Manager. Qualifications include: at least two years of experience in the quick service industry, a minimum of two years experience supervising others and a high school education.

-Serv Safe certified is a plus/requirement
-Shifts are 8am-4pm/3pm-11pm

Crew members can earn weekly cash bonuses included in their paychecks based on store performance in our Secret Shopper program as well as tips daily. Crew members also receive tips daily and a free meal for each shift worked.
