The Clinic Liaison develops and maintains customer relationships primarily with physicians and the community at large and may also engage with employers and payers. The Clinic Liaison works closely with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors to implement strategic marketing initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or clinical degree with sales / marketing experience.
Experience :
2-5 years’ experience in health-care marketing and sales preferred but not required.
Clinic Liaison Skills & Knowledge :
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Great at relationship building and follow through. Outgoing personality is a must.
- Previous experience with health care sales is a must. Current relationships with the primary care community is a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced event management environment and self-motivated.
- Up to date on current trends in physician relationships and referral development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills, and public speaking.
- Participates in marketing functions in the community as needed.
- Works closely with the clinical operations leadership team to identify areas / clinics with most immediate need and determine appropriate response.
