Job Overview: CLPM, a local property management company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Showing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in showcasing our rental properties to potential tenants, driving the marketing efforts, and ensuring effective communication with both coworkers, tenants, owners, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Property Showings:
- Drive to rental properties to meet with potential tenants for property showings.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties to be used in listings.
Marketing:
- Write compelling property descriptions for listings.
- Post property listings on CLPM's website and Zillow.
- Ensure all listings are current, accurate, and appealing.
Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone inquiries and provide information about available properties.
- Schedule property tours and coordinate with potential tenants.
- Process rental applications efficiently and accurately.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with coworkers, property owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Provide timely updates on property status and any changes in listings.
- Make detailed notes on all office activity and tenant communication.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for potential tenants during property showings and inquiries.
- Address tenant questions and concerns promptly and professionally via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
Other Duties May Include:
- Special projects
- Filing, copying, and office management
- Assisting with lease documentation and e-signature processing
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for marketing and listings (e.g., Zillow).
- Adaptability to new software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for reaching diverse audiences, but not required.
- Experience in real estate and/or property management administrative tasks is a bonus, but not mandatory.
